Senior Clinicians
Individual therapy $250 - $400/hr
Couples therapy $300 - $460/hr

Associate Clinicians
Individual therapy starting at $210-$250/hr
*Associate clinicians currently have a limited number of lower fee slots at $140

DBT and RO-DBT Skills classes
1hr and 45 minutes $150/class*
*Billed at the beginning of the month on a tuition model. 

Multi Family DBT-A Skills Classes
1hr and 45 minutes $250/class*
*Billed at the beginning of the month on a tuition model. 

Rates vary based on clinician’s license and specialization. Associate clinicians at WMI receive intensive training and supervision while they complete their final hours of supervised experience to sit for their license exams.

Reduced Fee Slots
Reduced fee slots may be available on a limited basis.

INSURANCE
WMI clinicians are currently out-of-network with all insurance carriers including Medicare. If you have PPO insurance, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance carrier to pursue reimbursement. The reimbursement amount will depend on your specific plan and coverage.

  • To check with your insurance carrier to confirm whether out of network behavioral health services are covered please contact your carrier and ask them the following questions:

    1. Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits?

    2. If yes, what is my deductible for those benefits?

    3. What is the maximum allowable rate for individual psychotherapy?

      1. If they need a procedure (CPT) code, tell them 90834 

      2. Other codes: 90847 (couples or family therapy), 90853 (adult skills classes), 90849 (DBT-A skills class)

    4. What percentage of the maximum allowable rate will you reimburse?

    Confirm with your carrier, but the answer to question #4 should be the amount of reimbursement you will receive after you have met your deductible.

PAYMENT
We accept credit cards, checks and cash as payment methods. Payment is expected at the time of service.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you do not attend a scheduled therapy appointment or need to reschedule, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
